How do I make sure that I collect points on my holiday purchase?
Just make sure that you click through to your chosen retailer via our website! For terms and conditions relating to individual retailers, simply search for them at the top of the page.

Why are my points ‘pending’?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, the points relating to the transaction will show on your account as ‘Pending’. The length of time will depend on the terms and conditions outlined by the retailer. Once your points have been confirmed by the retailer, the points will be paid.
Why are my points not showing on my account?
If there are any issues with points not showing on your account, CLICK HERE and log in to raise a missing points claim and we will be happy to investigate further!
Please be aware that claims can only be raised 10 days after your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to raise claims more than seven weeks after the transaction date, so we advise raising claims quickly to avoid disappointment.
