I can’t remember the password for my Rewards4Rugby account and I’m trying to login, I have clicked the password reset link but haven’t received a new password.
If you could check your spam folders that would be great as the password reset email may be in there, if not, you can email our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org (or call them on 0345 605 5220) and they will give you a temporary password to enable you to login.
I am going to be doing some online shopping soon and wondered how I can collect points for my purchases?
It’s really easy, just log into your Rewards4Rugby account and use the search engine at the top of the homepage to find the retailer you would like to shop with. Once you are on the retailers page you will see a list of their current offers.
As long as you click through to the retailer’s website through your Rewards4Rugby account any qualifying transaction will track automatically.
I did some online shopping through the Rewards4Rugby website yesterday and there are no points showing on my statement, is there a problem with my account.
There’s no need to worry as points for online shopping transactions can take up to 10 working days to track and appear on your account as pending.
Although unusual sometimes points do not appear after this time and in this case you should complete the missing points claim form on the website and we’ll take it from there for you.
Please note, you must lodge your claim within 7 weeks of the purchase date as retailers will not accept a claim after this time.
When raising a claim you will need to have all of your purchase details to hand and these can normally be found in your confirmation email from the retailer, we’ll let you know as soon as the claim has been passed on to the retailer.
