What is Rewards4Rugby?

Rewards4Rugby is a free programme for rugby fans designed to help you save money on memorable matchdays and experiences. Collecting points is easy and can be redeemed as full or part-payment with any of our rugby partners.

How do I join Rewards4Rugby?

If you have already purchased tickets with one of our Rugby Club partners you will have been given the opportunity to opt in to Rewards4Rugby.

Alternatively, as long as you have an email address then signing up is quick and easy. Click here to sign up free today.

Questions about your account

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

Please go to the login area and follow the forgotton password prompts and we’ll send a password reset email straight to your inbox.

I am not receiving a password reset email, what can I do?

Firstly, please check your spam folders and if the reset email is not there please contact us and one of our friendly team will be able to assist you further.

How do I change my personal details?

You can update any of your personal details by logging in to your Rewards4Rugby account and selecting ‘My Details’.

I have more than one account, what can I do?

If you have multiple email addresses you may discover that you have set up more than one Rewards4Rugby account. It’s much easier to have all of your points in one place so please contact us and our customer service team will be able to help.

How do I opt out of email communications?

You can opt out of any of our marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing from the bottom of the email or contacting one of our customer service team.

How do I close my account?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to leave Rewards4Rugby, please contact us and we will be able to close your account.

Where and how can I collect points?

There are so many ways to earn points, you’ll be amazed at how quickly they add up, click here to find out more about each of our partners and how to collect points.

I am missing points for an online retail purchase, where are they?

We are sorry to hear that you are missing points. To help us investigate this for you please raise a missing points claim via your your account by clicking here.

Please be aware that claims can only be raised 10 days after your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to raise claims more than 7 weeks after the transaction date so we advise raising claims quickly to avoid disappointment.

I am missing points for an in-store purchase, where are they?

It’s normal for in-store transactions to take up to 28 days to track on your account due to the returns policies of participating stores. In the unlikely event that the purchase hasn’t tracked after this time please contact hello@rewards4rugby.com with the following information:

- A scanned or photographed copy of your in-store receipt
- Your email address - The name of the retailer
- The date of the purchase
- The amount

Please note that you will need to do this within 3 months of the purchase date.

Why have my points tracked at the wrong rate?

Firstly, please check that you haven’t included VAT or delivery charges in your calculation of points as unfortunately most retailers will not pay Rewards4Rugby points for these. Occasionally points will initially track at a different rate than expected. Once the points have been confirmed by the retailer the points on your statement will update automatically to the correct amount.

Why are my online shopping points pending?

Once you’ve completed your purchase the points relating to the transaction will show on your account as ‘Pending’. The length of time will depend on the terms and conditions outlined by the retailer. Once your points have been confirmed by the retailer the points will be paid.

How long will my points be pending for?

We do give an indication on the retailer’s page of the length of time we expect a payment to take however, we’re afraid that payment periods cannot be guaranteed due to the number of parties involved in the process. We can assure you that we will always do our best to obtain your payment for you as quickly as possible.

Why have my transactions been declined or rejected?

We understand that it is very disappointing when this happens but we will try and do everything to help. Firstly, please take a look at the possible reason your transaction may have been declined or rejected below:
- You cancelled or returned all or part of your order
- You used a promotional or voucher code when making your purchase
- You asked for a quote or browsed the retailer’s website without completing your purchase
- You may have used a saved or renewal quote when completing your purchase
- You are an existing customer with the retailer and the offer at the time of your purchase was for new customers only. (Please see individual retailer’s terms to check whether this applies)
- You did not complete your order online. i.e it was finalised over the phone
- You did not meet the terms and conditions set out by the retailer.

If you do not think any of these apply, then please send over your purchase confirmation email to hello@rewards4ugby.com and one of our customer service team will raise a missing points claim on your behalf.

Spending Points

Who can I spend my points with?

You can spend your points with your chosen club on a range of items, please see your clubs spend points page for more informtion

Do my Rewards4Rugby points expire?

Your points will expire after 18 months of inactivity on your account. But don’t worry, we’ll be in touch before your points are due to expire to give you the chance to save them!

Please note that points earnt from your chosen Rugby Club (that remain live on your account) will be removed from your account on the following dates each year:

Saracens: 30th June

How secure is my personal information?

The privacy and security of your personal information is extremely important to us, and we always maintain the highest levels of member confidentiality. Full details can be found on our Security & Privacy Policy sections.

Standard exclusions?

Please note that the following exclusions apply to all purchases:
- Where a gift card or shopping card is used as payment.
- Where a voucher or discount code is used when completing the purchase.
- Where a purchase/booking has been amended, cancelled or returned for whatever reason.
- Where the purchase is not completed entirely online in a single visit to the retailer’s website.
- Where the retailer’s terms and conditions have not been met.
- Where another referrer is awarded the commission for the sale eg. Comparison site, rewards site, search engine etc.
- Where a voucher, gift card or postage stamps have been purchased.

Please note that some retailers have their own policies and restrictions on eligibility and these will be listed under the terms and conditions of the individual retailer.
